Richmond Hotel Premier Asakusa International enjoys high praise for its prime location, placing guests steps away from Senso-ji Temple and right above a Uniqlo store, with Don Quijote nearby. The spacious rooms, some boasting spectacular views of the Skytree and the temple, are frequently commended, and guests appreciate amenities like the complimentary drinks and snacks offered in the restaurant during certain hours. convenient locationeasy navigationunlimited beverage
The location was SUPER convenient! There were many restaurants nearby. I found the train station was close too and EASY to navigate. The hotel provides unlimited sake, whisky, beer, wine, juice, tea, and coffee with snacks at the restaurant from 1-4pm and 5-9pm. The skytree and shrine were visible. I left suitcases at the hotel. When I returned, they were already in my room, SO convenient.
The ROOM was very small compared to website details.

The hotel location is fantastic. Many halal food options are near, important for Muslim travellers like me. Commuting was easy with lots of options outside the hotel. The 24-hour Don Quijote store was also very useful.
The hotel supplied only one thin pillow per person. I asked for an extra one on two days, but they had none.

okay stay, some issues noticed

weird smelldirty air
The room i had smelled odd. Like a dirty air vent. i think it was coming from the curtains? it sort of ruined the stay. i noticed the smell was present in other rooms too so i'm not sure if it's limited to my room, but it was pervasive.

the hotel's location was superb and the staff was helpful. i appreciated the free coffee machine for guest use. they offered overnight luggage storage for trips outside the city, that was a nice service.
